Welcome to Lunaya. By accessing or purchasing from lunaya-officiel.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The store
Lunaya sells women's sculpting leggings and related apparel, shipped internationally. Products are described as accurately as possible; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
2. Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it (stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud). A contract is formed only once we send an order-confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund any order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in your local currency and may include or exclude taxes and duties depending on your country. Payment is processed securely by our providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna). We do not store your full card details.
4. Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and refund the affected item.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site (brand name, logo, text, images, design) is owned by Lunaya or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunaya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
