Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Lunaya. If you don't, here's how returns work.

1. 30-day window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

2. Condition

Items should be unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed, with tags/packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, items returned soiled or worn-out may not be eligible.

3. How to start

Email support@lunaya-officiel.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. A real human replies within 24 hours.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Email us and we'll arrange the exchange, subject to availability.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
